That'sGonnaHelp

Version 2.0 — July 5, 2026

1. Introduction

THATSGONNAHELP LTD (company number 16459876, registered in England and Wales at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX) operates the website https://thatsgonna.help (the "Site"). In this Policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to THATSGONNAHELP LTD, and we act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

This Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to the Site and to enquiries you send us through it. Our website terms are available at /terms-of-service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

We collect the details you enter into our forms.

Contact form (footer):

  • Name (required)
  • Company name (required)
  • Industry (required)
  • Monthly ad-spend range (optional)
  • Email address (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Telegram username (optional)
  • The automation topic you select

Calculator report form (ROI and ROAS calculators):

  • Name, company name, industry and email address (all required)

Both forms include a consent checkbox that you must tick before submitting, and completing the calculator form unlocks a downloadable PDF report.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand usage. This produces:

  • Device and browser information
  • An approximate location derived from your IP address
  • The pages you view
  • Engagement events (for example, sections viewed, scroll depth, article reads, and outbound link clicks)

When you submit a form, we also attach technical context to help us understand where the enquiry came from:

  • UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term)
  • A Google Analytics client ID (read from the _ga cookie)
  • The referrer, the page URL, and your browser time zone
  • Where applicable, the calculator results you generated or the pricing package you selected

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

  • Set by us: a single value that stores your cookie-consent choice (strictly necessary; see section 11).
  • Set by Google Analytics: the _ga and _ga_* cookies, used to measure and distinguish visitors.

We also use your browser's temporary session storage, which clears when you close the tab:

  • lead_referrer — remembers how you reached the Site so it can be attached to an enquiry
  • roi_calc_context — briefly holds your ROI calculator results (expires after 30 minutes)
  • pricing_package_context — briefly holds a pricing package you selected (expires after 30 minutes)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the materials you request, including the calculator PDF report
  • Operate, secure and improve the Site using analytics
  • Qualify leads so we can tailor our reply to your business
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not run email marketing campaigns.

  • Legitimate interests — responding to business-to-business enquiries, and keeping the Site secure through measures such as rate-limiting.
  • Consent — loading analytics cookies where consent is required, and the consent you give by ticking the checkbox on our forms.
  • Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.

5. Where Your Data Goes

Form submissions are delivered to our self-hosted CRM or, as a fallback, emailed to our company inbox through an SMTP email provider. Calculator reports are stored as files on our own server so we can generate and serve your PDF.

We rely on a small number of processors:

  • Google — website analytics
  • Our hosting provider — running the Site and storing report files
  • Our email provider — delivering enquiry emails

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Data Retention

  • Enquiry and lead data: kept for up to 3 years after our last contact.
  • Calculator report files and the data associated with them: kept on the same schedule.
  • Verified deletion requests: actioned within 30 days.
  • Google Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months.
  • Your cookie-consent preference: stored for up to 12 months.

7. International Data Transfers

We are a UK company, and form data is processed in the UK and the EEA. Some of our service providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. Where the recipient is certified (for example, Google), we rely on the UK–US Data Bridge (the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Otherwise, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data Security

We protect your data with:

  • TLS encryption for data in transit
  • Access controls limiting who can view enquiry data
  • Rate-limiting to guard against abuse
  • Collecting only the minimum information we need

No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your data with appropriate measures.

9. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict how we process your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue, and we acknowledge complaints within 30 days.

10. US State Privacy Rights

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Know about and access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct that information
  • Delete that information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

  • UK and EU visitors: analytics loads only after you opt in through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" control in the footer.
  • Other regions: analytics is active by default. You can opt out at any time using the same "Cookie settings" control, your browser settings, or Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

12. Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we post the revised version on this page with a new version number and date.
